1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and ba1111 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the ba1111 platform, including the website available at ba1111.pro and all associated mobile-optimised pages.

ba1111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using ba1111 immediately.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising from a translation, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

2 Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with ba1111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence.
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a representative, agent, or employee of any business entity when placing wagers.
• You are legally entitled to engage in online gambling activity under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is legal in the territory from which you are accessing the platform.
• You are not a current or former employee of ba1111, a game studio partner, a payment processing partner, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, bot, or automated system to interact with the platform in place of direct human play.

ba1111 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may register only one account on ba1111. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts, along with permanent suspension of access to the platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ba1111 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. ba1111 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other website or service.
• Enable any two-factor authentication or OTP verification options made available by the platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ba1111 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ba1111 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ba1111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: ba1111 targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for standard withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may be longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Platform fees: ba1111 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply independent transaction fees that are outside the control of ba1111.
• Source of funds: You confirm that all funds deposited to ba1111 originate from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised account holder for the payment method used.
• Bonus wagering requirements: Withdrawals initiated while an active bonus is in progress may be subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus. Details of any applicable wagering requirements will be stated in the relevant bonus terms at the time of acceptance.

ba1111 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ba1111 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other relevant occasions in the Bangladesh calendar.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable, not redeemable for cash without fulfilling the stated wagering requirements, and not applicable in combination with other active offers unless specifically permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry of that window will be forfeited.
• ba1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a player, we will endeavour to honour the terms as originally stated.
• ba1111 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of any system error.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ba1111 — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided by internationally accredited game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The outcomes of all Random Number Generator (RNG) based games are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any form of software, tool, script, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

7 Sports Betting Rules

ba1111's sportsbook covers cricket (including the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), tennis, and other sporting events. The following conditions govern all sports wagers placed on the platform:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settlement of that wager.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, ba1111 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Where an event is suspended mid-play and later completed, settled results will stand unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant sport's governing rules.
• Maximum bet limits per event and per market may apply. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a wager and may vary by sport, market type, and player account status.
• In-play betting is subject to specific rules that may differ from pre-match betting. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable in-play rules before placing live wagers.
• ba1111 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any wager at its sole discretion, including where irregular betting patterns are detected.

8 Responsible Gaming Obligations

ba1111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all player interactions. The platform provides the following tools to assist players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately; an increase requires a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session time alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them of elapsed playing time at specified intervals.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they may have developed a problem with gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent to the player.

ba1111 collects personal data — including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and device/browsing data — for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotional content where you have consented to receive such communications.

ba1111 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purposes described above.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the ba1111 platform — including but not limited to the ba1111 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ba1111 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of ba1111.

The Player agrees not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the ba1111 platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba1111 shall not be liable to the Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or network connectivity issues outside ba1111's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on inaccurate odds displayed due to a technical error, where such error is corrected before bet settlement.
• Any disruption to third-party payment services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking partner.

In all cases, ba1111's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

ba1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances, where the Company reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during a verification process.
• The Player has engaged in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the platform.
• The Player has charged back or disputed a deposit transaction through their payment provider in bad faith.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the Company to restrict the Player's access.

Players may voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting ba1111 customer support at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements.

13 Governing Language & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. All official communications between ba1111 and the Player — including account notifications, support correspondence, and formal dispute communications — will be conducted in English.
